Jake Holshue

Jake Holshue has been a Head Distiller, Consultant, and Production Manager in the spirits industry for over a decade.

Jake currently works for Big Thirst Consulting, as well as serving his second term on the American Craft Spirits Association (ACSA) Board of Directors where he lead the Education Committee, the Mentorship Committee, and the Consumer Facing Committee.

Beyond his distilling career Jake is an amature pomologist and orchardist, focusing on cider apple production.
