Jennifer Yim

For the past 16 years, I’ve traveled from Chicago to San Francisco to Las Vegas, immersing myself in the world of mixology. Currently, I’m a Mixologist & Training Coach at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and consult for craft cocktail bars. Crafting tailored cocktail menus and training bartenders has been a rewarding part of my journey.

Additionally, I serve as a Brand Ambassador for a Japanese Spirit portfolio for KAMIKI and am involved as a board member of the USBG Las Vegas Chapter. Recently, I won 1st Place in the 2024 National Prosecco DOC Cocktail Competition.

Looking ahead, I plan to continue competing in both national and global cocktail competitions.
