She’s visited over 11,000 restaurants and 20,000 bars around the world. She leads drink classes, judges for many cocktail competitions and on many international awards panels in dining, spirits, cocktails and bars, including The World’s 50 Best, SF World Spirits Competition, IWSC (spirits) in the UK, Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards, a lead spirits judge at American Distilling Institute (ADI) and Whiskies of the World, Good Food Awards, and more.
